MyLogic Key Differentiators

The components described below apply to 100% of MyLogic functionality and determine a clear difference in logic from classic ERP software that places MyLogic in a new product category.

Business Rules Engine

Business Rules allow behavioral changes to be applied to the software quickly and without changing versions.
This tool means that many needs, which in a conventional ERP require hundreds of hours of programming and version changes, can be applied in MyLogic on the same day and without disconnecting users.
They are configured and applied directly by the user, without programming, simply by defining a few variables:

  • Action to be taken (expected behavior of the system).
  • When and where it should be applied.
  • Condition under which it should be applied.

The scope of action of this tool is unlimited (it applies to all the system’s operations) and it can be used in multiple ways, for example: application of all types of calculations, notifications, data validation, authorization requests, consumption of web services, sending of emails, creation of operations, consumption of devices, etc.

DIM: Dynamic Information Manager

Real Time Analytics / Single Data Repository: MyLogic DIM works directly on the system data updated at the last moment; unlike the most popular BI systems that work on data exported to a data warehouse and therefore outdated at the time of the last export.

Drill down, Roll up and Navigation of information without having to configure them. DIMs know the underlying data model, thus allowing the user to explore the origins and destinations of each operation in a simple and powerful way.

Customizable by each user: Each user can configure his own information dashboard creating OLAP cubes and graphs that can be published or not so that other users can also have them available.

Editable data: Traditional BI, when working with exported data, only allows you to view them but not to modify them. In MyLogic, on the other hand, they can be edited from the DIM (obviously, only those users with permissions to modify this data can do so).

IEDS: Integration with External Data Sources

MyLogic allows the user to autonomously, through this tool called IEDS, configure interfaces via web services with peripheral devices (printers, fiscal controllers, scales, RFIDs, production machines) and other software and applications (web sites, taxation apps applications, e-commerce platforms, payment and collection methods, or other software used by the company to manage specific processes of its operations).

IEDS allows to configure Mylogic to take data in real time from other software or peripheral devices, or to make data available so that other software or devices can consume them.

Spock, the intelligent consultant

Predictive Artificial Intelligence applied to business: With Spock, artificial intelligence becomes the protagonist in the world of business software as it already was for other uses and in other types of applications. Just as an APP tells us which is the fastest way according to the traffic at that moment and which has tolls so that we can choose whether we want to take the fastest or the cheapest; Spock warns us about the consequences of making a decision or performing a certain action so that we can decide with a high degree of certainty.

Business Intelligence, as we knew it until today, was limited to executing orders: searching for data, performing calculations, visualizing them in a certain way, triggering alerts if this or that event occurs, etc. But the intelligence was provided by the human being to tell the system what data to search for, what calculations to perform, how to display them and from which events to trigger alerts; to finally analyze the information obtained from all these processes and make the most appropriate decision, which is the most important thing, without any help from the system.

Strategy map: Spock works on the basis of the company’s strategy map, so it requires the perspectives, goals and objectives to be entered in MyLogic, indicating also how they will be measured and the cause-effect relationships between them.

Perspectives are the different approaches or classifications into which the objectives are grouped. MyLogic standard strategy map includes the 4 perspectives of Norton and Kaplan’s Balanced Scorecard, which are universally the most commonly used by companies, but the user can modify them and/or create new perspectives.

Findings: Spock detects which actions and decisions favor or disfavor the fulfillment of each objective and alerts us about them.

Projections and scenario simulation: In addition, it shows not only the current level of compliance with objectives and goals, but also the projected level of compliance at a given future date.

Anomalies: On the other hand, Spock learns on its own, in a self-taught way, on the basis of all the information recorded in MyLogic, what is normal or usual for the company and what is not, warning us when it detects an anomaly, for example: an expense for an amount much higher than usual or a sale with a profitability margin far below normal.

In this way, Spock is there 24 hours a day to ensure that the company’s management is on track.

External users (customers, suppliers and other external agents)

MyLogic allows you to interact with customers, suppliers, distributors, etc. in a direct and agile way, with a user experience that is far superior to classic extranets. With MyLogic, External Users can directly access the system (obviously with the corresponding restrictions for each case). Customers to make purchases or consult their current account online; suppliers to bid on tenders or bids; distributors to consult stock, prices, upload orders, etc. These are just some examples of use, but it can be used for many other purposes.

This avoids the use of classic extranets that operate through web pages or mobile apps that interact with the ERP through interfaces. These interfaces add technical complexity, increase hardware requirements and maintenance costs, exchange limited information and not always in real time.

In addition, by combining the use of MyLogic tools for External Users and Business Rules, we can turn MyLogic into our best salesperson or an efficient purchasing manager. As a seller, for example, you can automatically offer customers, when they are buying, substitute products if they are out of stock; or complementary to what they are buying; or based on their purchase history; or offer all customers products at certain discounts when the expiration date or end of season is approaching.

As a buyer, for example, by directly rejecting quotations above a certain price; or in the case of bids, forcing all bidders to quote under the same criteria, conditions and parameters, in order to compare and automatically award the bid to the supplier that has made the most convenient offer.

Global Search

MyLogic allows you to search by any word or combination of words, with the same search logic as Google: MyLogic will show you all the elements in the system (master data, receipts, attachments, etc.) that contain the searched word or combination of words (the entities and activities that contain those words, even searching in attached documents).

This powerful tool in the ERP makes any element, data or information searched in the system to be found very quickly, with the consequent saving of working hours of your staff. 

In cases where the response to a customer depends on this search, the speed of response will allow you to improve the quality of service.

Customization of the user interface

Each user can individually and autonomously modify the layout, display and size of the different visual elements, for greater practicality and ease of use.

100% Responsive

MyLogic is a native and fully responsive web, automatically adjusting to the device from which it is being accessed, not only in terms of the size of the screen, but also in terms of the logic of use of each type of device, to remain friendly and intuitive at all times.

Collaborative work

MyLogic users can work simultaneously on the same record, with instant updates on the screen for all those who are viewing or performing calculations with that information. For example, when someone is modifying product prices, users who are currently creating invoices will see these values change in real time. In this way, there is no possibility with MyLogic to consult any item in the system and see its information outdated.


MyLogic can be used in multiple languages at the same time and automatically translates in real time all the information (menu items, data, records, formulas, sentences, etc.) to the language configured for each user. In the above example of collaborative work, everyone viewing the same information will see it in their own language, including the data that another user is modifying at that moment.


MyLogic can work with “n” number of currencies. It natively handles three (3) currencies: the base currency of the company, the currency of the receipt and a third alternative currency. The user can then add as many currencies as he/she wishes. The multi-currency functionality operates online and in real time. No re-expression or reporting is required.
