MyLogic Features

MyLogic is web native and fully responsive, automatically adjusting to the device from which it is being accessed, not only based on the screen measurements, but also to serve its users with a device-optimized experience, remaining friendly and intuitive at all times.

Each user can individually and autonomously modify the arrangement, display and size of the different visual elements, to achieve more practicality and comfort of use.

MyLogic users can work simultaneously on the same record, updating instantly on the screen of all those who are viewing or performing calculations with said information. For example, when someone is modifying the prices of the products, the users who are billing at that moment will see the values change in real time. Therefore, there is no possibility of seeing outdated information.

MyLogic can be used in multiple languages at the same time and automatically translates in real time all the information (menu items, data, records, formulas, sentences, etc.) to the language that each user has configured. In the previous example of the collaborative work, all those who are viewing the same information will each see it in their language, including the data that another user is modifying at that moment.

MyLogic can work with an “n” amount of currencies. It natively handles three (3) currencies: the company’s base currency, the receipt’s currency, and a third alternate currency. The user can add any amount of currencies they may want.
The multi-currency functionality operates online and in real time. It does not require re-expressing or generating reports.

The Business Rules Engine allows you to apply behavior changes to the software quickly and without changing the version.
This tool makes it so that many needs, which in a conventional ERP, require hundreds of hours of programming and version changes, can be applied at any time and without disconnecting the users.
They are configured and applied directly by the user, without writing any code, simply by defining:

  • Action to take (expected behavior of the system).
  • When and where to apply it.
  • Condition under which it must be applied.
The field of action of this tool is unlimited (applies to all system operations) and it can be given multiple uses, for example: application of all types of calculation, notifications, data validation, authorization requests, consumption of web services, Email sending, creation of operations, device consumption, etc.

MyLogic allows searching by any word or combination of words, with the same search logic as Google: MyLogic will show you all the elements in the system (master data, receipts, attachments, etc.) that contain the word or combination of words searched for (entities and activities containing those words, even searching attached documents.
This powerful tool within ERP means that any element, data or information that is searched for in the system will be found very quickly, with the consequent saving of working hours for your staff. In cases where the response to a customer depends on this search, the speed of response will allow you to improve the quality of the service.

MyLogic also provides you with a tool called IFDE which allows the user to autonomously configure interfaces via web services with peripheral devices (printers, fiscal controllers, scales, RFID, production machines) and other software and applications, websites, tax agencies, e-commerce platforms, means of payment and collection, or other software used by the company to manage specific processes of its operations).
IFDE allows you to configure MyLogic to collect data in real time from other software or peripheral devices, or to make data available so that another software or device can use it.

Real Time Analytics / Single Data Repository: MyLogic GDI works directly on last-minute updated system data; Unlike the more popular BI that work on data exported to a data warehouse and therefore end up out of date at the time of the last export.
Drill down, roll up and Navigationof the information without having to configure them. GDIs know the underlying data model, therefore, they allow the user to explore the origins and destinations of each operation, in a simple and useful way.
Customizable by each user: Each user can configure their own information board by creating OLAP cubes and graphs that they can choose to publish so that other users also have them available.

Editable Data: A traditional BI, when working with exported data, only allows them to be viewed but not to modify them. On the other hand, in MyLogic they can be edited from the GDI (obviously only those users with permissions to modify this data can do so).

Predictive Artificial Intelligence applied to business: With Spock, artificial intelligence comes to have the prominence in the world of business software that it already has had for other uses and in other types of applications. Just as an APP tells us which is the fastest route according to the traffic at that moment and which one has tolls so that we can choose to take the fastest or the cheapest; Spock warns us about the consequences of making a decision or taking a certain action so that we can decide with a high degree of certainty.

Business Intelligence, as we knew it until today, was limited to executing orders: searching for data, performing calculations, displaying it in a certain way, triggering alerts if this or that event occurs, etc. But, until now, humans were the ones who had to tell the system what data to look for, what calculations to perform, how to display it and from which events to trigger alerts; to finally analyze the information obtained from all these processes and make the decision that you consider most appropriate, which is the most important thing, without any help from the system.
Strategic map: Spock works based on the company’s strategic map, so it requires that perspectives, goals and objectives are entered into MyLogic, also indicating how they will be measured and the cause-and-effect relationships between them.
The perspectives are the different approaches or classifications in which the objectives are grouped. The standard MyLogic strategy map considers the 4 perspectives of the Norton and Kaplan Balanced Scorecard that are universally the most used by companies, but the user can modify them and / or create new perspectives.

Findings: Spock detects which actions and decisions will give the most advantage to the fulfillment of each goal and alerts you to them.
Projections and simulation of scenarios: It also shows you, not only the current level of compliance with objectives and goals, but also the level of compliance projected at a certain future date.
Anomalies: On the other hand, Spock learns on his own, in a self-taught way, based on all the information that is recorded in MyLogic, what is normal or usual for the company and what is not, warning you when it detects an anomaly, for example: an expense for a much higher amount than usual or a sale with a margin of profitability far below normal.
In this way Spock is watching 24/7 that the company’s management follows the defined course.

MyLogic allows you to interact with customers, suppliers, distributors, etc. in a direct, agile way and with a user experience for them that exceeds the classic extranet. With MyLogic, External Users can directly access the system (obviously with the desired restrictions in each case). This allows Customers to make purchases or check their checking account online; Suppliers to bid in bids or contests; Distributors to check stock, prices, load orders, etc. These are just a few usage examples, but it can be used for many other purposes.
This avoids the use of the classic extranets that operate through web pages or mobile apps that interact with the ERP through interfaces. These interfaces add technical complexity, increase hardware requirements and maintenance costs, exchange limited information and not always in real time.
Furthermore, by combining the use of the MyLogic tools for External Users and the Business Rules, you can make MyLogic your best salesperson or an efficient purchasing manager.
As a seller, for example, you can automatically offer customers substitute products when they are shopping if there is no stock; or complimentary to what they are buying; or based on your purchase history; or offer all customers products with certain discounts when the expiration date or the end of the season is approaching.
As a buyer, for example, directly rejecting the entry of quotes above a certain price; or in the case of bids, oblige all bidders to quote under the same criteria, conditions and parameters, in order to automatically compare and award the bid to the supplier that has made the most convenient bid.

MyLogic Editor

The MyLogic Editor is an optional additional tool that allows the end user to extend the MyLogic source code by adding their own functionality. What is new and powerful about this tool is that all the functionality that the user develops will continue to be compatible with future standard versions of MyLogic. This is possible thanks to the Impact Analyzer.

The client may optionally contract this tool if they wish to develop the additional functionality they need on their own, or they may contract NeuralSoft to develop these features each time they require it.

In both cases, whether the customer develops additional functionality to MyLogic using the Editor, or NeuralSoft develops it exclusively for that customer, we guarantee compatibility with future versions of MyLogic.

This puts an end to the problems and high maintenance costs of customizations over time, which companies suffer so much from with conventional ERP Software.
