At the beginning, and after solving some minor issues that delayed the project implementation, both parts agreed on the inherent difficulty of the change management process. After this, the project was easily and smoothly put into practice.

This working model will give place to a new commercial management, as we hope to implement the e-commerce practices, which could not even be considered few years ago."
