With a history of 40 years in the market, Lopez Forciniti has become a benchmark in the industry. Founded to supply industrial inputs, this company fulfills the needs of small and medium size industries. It is the largest hardware company in the interior of the country.
Case Analysis
Always at the vanguard of new trends, they searched for a system which allowed the company to expand. Before, Lopez Forciniti used one system to manage quality control, another one to manage purchases and sales, and also used spreadsheets for certain processes. On the other hand, management of the human resources was done manually which caused delays and complications and which would only be aggravated if they duplicated the number of employees as planned.
Such separation not only resulted in rework in some areas but also in the lack of consistent reports in real time. Under these circumstances, the company was anxious to find a management solution which, in addition to the purchase and sales modules, also covered the management of all other company areas, including the quality control system with its corresponding manual of rules and regulations.
Solution / Implementation
The company hired NeuralSoft ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, and Human Resources, in ASP mode.
After surveying the needs of Lopez Forciniti and submitting a proposal, the implementation process began. Initially, the main tools were installed, and later functionalities such as Human Resources, Workflow, Control Panels, and Business Intelligence.
Even though the company had already experienced a previous system change, implementing this project required the efforts of the company employees and the decisive commitment of the project leader and top-management.

The consolidation of the company's management system allowed the executives of Lopez Forciniti to devote their time to strategic decision making regarding new major projects. Knowing that they could rely on concrete information in real time about the stock in the headquarters and the new offices, opening a new branch required less work than expected. In addition, implementing NeuralSoft management software enabled them to access other functions such as stock reserves, offering more predictability to their customers.
Integrating areas and processes allows them to access a circuit from which it centralizes the operations of the 6 manufacturing plants owned by the company. "At Lopez Forciniti we manage order preparations from the Production module. For such purpose, we use the circuit of group preparation, we distribute the orders by zone and then we gather them for delivery, keeping track and control of each product," explained Leonardo Forciniti, Project Leader and Board of Directors member.
Some benefits are the Queries, the Control Panel, and the Automation Tool. The company has 25 indicators, 20 of which are strategic and the others operational.
