La Industrial Eléctrica S.A. is an Argentine family business. Since 1991, it has specialized in distributing and integrating industrial electrical products and automation products. In addition to being a Solution Provider certified by Siemens, this company develops software used for the automation of machines, devices and processes, performs detail engineering and creates specific documentation. It also assembles and starts up power and command boards and offers on-the-job training courses which are tailored to the customers’ needs.

Case Analysis
After many years, the company had an urgent need to modernize the corporate structure to accomplish the company’s goals and keep up growth.  LIESA needed to organize and automate internal processes and focus on stronger customer relationships and new strategies.
Solution / Implementation
LIESA selected NeuralSolft as an integrated management, financial and accounting system, which included ERP, Human Resources, Workflow and Business Intelligence modules. In 2000, it implemented changes in its computer engineering processes. The ASP service allowed LIESA to outsource the whole Computing Department relying on NeuralSoft for all control, management, and maintenance processes. The project was implemented in only one week, new leading brand terminals were connected to NeuralSoft servers, and the users were trained to use all the system’s resources.
