They've come a long way, working and improving, investing large amounts of money in infrastructure and human resources. La Emilia S.A. has over 600 employees in the 2 plants of San Nicolás and San Luis. They manufacture 35 different models, which is the most varied line of motorcycles in Argentina.

Company’s Profile
This Argentine company was founded in 1892 as a small textile plant. The economic changes and the deterioration of the market lead the company to look for another business opportunity in the motorcycle and spare parts market. In 2004 they were granted International Quality Certification ISO 9001:2000.
Case Analysis
La Emilia was using a program specifically developed for textile industries. The system was implemented in this new business but it did not cover all functional requirements. It was not effective to extract and analyze data and make decisions. There was no integration of the processes and they had to generate them from various repositories.
Solution / Implementation
In June 2005, they acquired NeuralSoft licenses for the ERP, Human Resources, Workflow, and Business Intelligence for 30 work stations, integrating processes such as administration, sales, purchases, finance, accounting, human resources, inventory management, and management reports. Since March of 2006, they incorporated the ASP service to focus on their core business, entrusting NeuralSoft with the updating and optimization of their ERP and servers.
