AYRES
Almost by chance, Gabriel Isersky, founder and current CEO of AYRES got into the clothing industry. After finishing his studies, Gabriel began making clothes in a workshop and getting in contact with famous stores. The enthusiasm that these first steps brought about drove him to increase productivity and manufacture.
As he increasingly became well known in the field, he felt the need to create his own brand. AYRES originated in March 1998, as a brand for women from 25 to 40 years old, with the focus on tailoring.
The first store was opened in Belgrano neiborhood, in the corner of Av. Cabildo and Sucre. Nowadays, this store is still open and it has become a flagship due to the history that it represents.
Considered an icon in the tailoring industry, AYRES is planning to embark itself on new challenges and to renew the brand by adopting a younger identity. With this purpose in mind, it widens the customer target and becomes a more casual brand.
Its products are the result of an eclectic combination of styles. The focus of the brand is to satisfy each woman's needs, considering her likes but without neglecting the product quality. Its clothes allow women to wear a modern and fresh style, disregarding structures and differentiating themselves by their fashionable look.
With 13 years in the market and 23 exclusive stores in the main shopping centers of Buenos Aires, Córdoba and Rosario, AYRES is a renowned company in the field, which, after many years of ongoing research, development and growth, has become one of the 5 more important brands of women's clothing in the country.
ISSUE ANALYSIS
Due to the firm's sustained growth, the need arose to centralize and integrate data in a unique platform that would cover all areas of the company, and to audit the information corresponding to each transaction.
After studying different platforms, the decision to adopt NeuralSoft's integrated management solution was based on the importance of having a local reference, with a significant Customer service to satisfy the clients' needs. Also, the decision to support national capitals favored NeuralSoft.
SOLUTION & IMPLEMENTATION
After working quite hard on the implementation, which demanded a big deal of cooperation on both parts, the solution was run on the different areas. First of all, work was done on the points of sale and the distribution, which are vital for the daily operations. Afterwards, the solution was implemented in the areas of Logistics, Management, Finance, and, finally in Production.
The solution customization was a big challenge and a thoughtful step which, in spite of delaying the implementation, nowadays is one of the main benefits that AYRES enjoys.
Also, the online card validation is certainly a positive and essential feature for a company with many points of sale.

The incorporation of AYRES in the world of Cloud Computing through the modality ASP enabled the company to achieve full data virtualization and storage. Yet, the investment made was substantially lower than if they had decided to use their own infrastructure.
